This does NOT make it more Glutes Try to STOP this next time you lunge NOT allowing your shin to fall backwards to towards you in your lunges!! It makes it just less output When doing a reverse lunge don’t let your shin on the front leg drop backwards towards your body We want this to be in a fixed position throughout the set We want to minimise knees forward over toes to some degree when training for glutes bias as this decreases the stretch of the quads, that’s fine But people take it too far
