You probably don’t “need” more core stability Exercises like planks and deadbugs can be great for low back pain, but maybe not in the way we once thought 🤔 Are they actually “fixing” things and making you more stable? Or are they just serving as a tolerable entry point to loading? We tend to believe the latter.
