Kipper’s 17th Birthday is tomorrow, so we thought it would be fun to share a picture of him from every year that he’s been part of our family. We adopted Kipper in January 2012. If you don’t know, he spent the first 4.5 yrs of his life as a laboratory test animal. He was rescued by the Beagle Freedom Project in November 2011 and was part of the group known as the Spanish 40 (they were rescued from a lab in Spain).
