I was commissioned to make this “Tool” cleaning workbench for my client. I told him I would some complementing detail to it. Without being to trendy and doing rows in a river, I decided to fab up a few 308’s and hand chisel some pockets for them. It’s a beautiful piece of Claro walnut I picked up from AE Wood Products I used my favorite Superclear Epoxy to fill the pockets and topped it off with 2 coats of Rubio Monocoat USA Oil plus 2C black as well as their Sheenplus.
