Better than full-planks for your mommy tummy 😝 If you notice excessive bulging in your stomach while doing push-ups and full-planks, stop! This is causing more harm than good, mama ❤️ Try these modified exercises instead ➡️ once your core is tighter and you no longer see bulging, then you can start doing normal push-ups and full-planks again. Even if you don’t struggle with bulging, these modifications are easier on your wrists 🥰 I like to do 10 reps, 3 sets of each. All you need is a wall 😝
