Filter by cell or font color in Excel by first putting filters on your data. Use the shortcut Ctrl Shift L for a PC or Command Shift F on a Mac. You can also add filters to your data by going to the Data tab of the ribbon and selecting Filter. Note that for filters to work properly, you can’t have blank rows in your data, otherwise the filters might not go to the bottom of your data. You can select all your data and then add filters if the filter isn’t picking up all your rows initially. #excel
