Ingredients: 300 g of dry lentils Salt to taste 1 teaspoon of baking powder or 1 teaspoon of baking soda neutralized with lemon juice/vinegar — (be careful not to overdo it, so the bread doesn’t turn bitter) 2 tablespoons of oil Preparation: Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
