Would you hike barefoot on a rough forest trail?

I discovered about being barefoot many years ago, and have been working towards making my feet, stronger and stronger simply by engaging in more daily activities, barefoot. I mentioned in the video that the way I discovered this was from fracturing the bottom of my foot, and not knowing what to do for it to heal.
