I bought a used 2015 CTS Vsport

I bought a used 2015 CTS Vsport

So I bought a used 2015 cts vsport with 60000 miles that appears to have the wastegate solenoid problem and an exhaust rattle. Will the dealer fix the problem? As of right now i have a 30 day warranty. How bad are these problems? If they cant fix it, should i take it back?
