This is one of my favorite steak recipes! The marinade for the steak is delicious but the star of the show is definitely the dipping sauce aka Jaew. It’s a versatile sauce that goes especially well with grilled and roasted meats. The marinade has a good amount of sugar and can burn easily so be sure to keep an eye on it when searing your beef.
