What I eat in a day as a six year vegan. Yesterday was Easter and my six year veganniversary! I always make sure to make a dish that everyone can eat (my mac & cheese), plus my own salad dressing, protein & any other vegan condiments. My family makes the vegetables with vegan butter, so the majority of food is safe for me. Do you have a go-to vegan meal for holiday dinners? I mainly do tofu, veggies, potatoes and some sort of dessert. I hope you all had a lovely Easter with those you love 💐🐇🐣
