Substitute “snatch” for dance and yeah, that’s what we did in class today! This was a really fun WOD- we started with heavy snatches and low reps, dropping the weights and increasing the reps for 5 sets. The class was really small and 2 of the coaches did the workout too, which I really enjoyed. I’m definitely improving with this challenge lift and workouts like these are great confidence builders!
