I originally wanted to start on freshly washed and blow dried hair but by the time I started, it was already late and I needed my hair to be dry by the next day so I had to pivot. Doing it this way definitely isn’t the best but we move lol. I probably won’t do it like this anytime soon so once in a while is okay. I used @silkelements Foaming Lotion and it did what it needed to do. Perm rods naturall
