الرد على @ahlam19740z كراميل مضبوط وتقدرون تستخدمونه لاغلب الوصفات اللي تحتاج كراميل المقادير : ٣ اكواب سكر ٣ اكواب حليب كامل الدسم او كريمة خفق ٣٠ جرام زبدة الطريقة: نذوب السكر ع نار هادئة حتى يذوب تماما ثم نضيف الزبدة ونحرك ثم نسخن الحليب تسخين بدون غليان ونضيفه ع السكر ونحرك بدون توقف لمدة خمس دقائق ثم نطفي النار ونتركه يبرد ونحفظه بعلبة زجاجية في دولاب المطبخ مانحفظه في الثلاجة ❌ اللي يبيه خفيف لايطبخه زيادة ولو شفتوه ثقيل اثناء التحريك زيدوا الحليب الى نص كوب 👍
