I want your vanilla extract to pack a punch and to be worth your time & money & energy. The first time I made it, I followed instructions that called for infusing for 8 weeks. And that batch was not nearly as good as the one I infused for 7 months. This next batch will be 11 months 💫 I’d say let it infuse at least 3months minimum so the flavor comes through in baking. I’ve been told that true vanilla extract infuses for a year. (Like if you were going to sell it, the standard is a year) Vanilla
