YOUR GLUTES AREN’T WORKING ✨ Here talking about power for jumping. Sometimes we land quite well but as we are taking off we roll the knees in and lose connection either the glutes. Sometimes as well we just land turned in full stop. We need to ensure we keep the hips pushing open and wrapping around everytime we land to avoid a parallel push into the next jump.
