Here’s what I cooked for dinner! The steak is a cut called “teres major” & it’s one of my favorites - albeit hard to find! It’s a a rare, tender, and flavorful cut of beef from the chuck section of a cow's shoulder. I found it at a local farm store called Jensen Reserve in Loganville, GA. I cooked it on my cast iron skillet on the stovetop and the method for that is on my food blog. I’ll post the link in the comments!
