After 30 minutes (length of time VLC was busy and not responding), VLC returned a playlist and channels were working. I can go from channel to channel using the VLC forward key. I left VLC running for 2 Hrs and it did not stop.

2019年6月29日 · The problem is that opening a video playlist with 3.0.7.1 compared to opening the same playlist with 2.2.8 is rather large. Opening the playlist in 2.2.8 takes around 1 seconds of time. Opening the same playlist in 3.0.7.1 takes around 30+ seconds of time. This is a 3000% increase in load times for the exact same playlist.

Hey there, When trying to stream IPTV (m3u file) on VLC, the program freezes for almost 10 mins and show a "not responding" message. when left like that it'll work after a while. Even when trying to search for channel in "playlist" it'll freeze again before showing the searched channel after a minute or so.
