2015年1月11日 · Make a new reply on it, but Steam Support is pretty busy. At normal times it takes 1 week upto 2 weeks. Might be due the sale season that they got behind. Or your ticket was overlooked. A new reply will set it "active" again.

The real danger is you, you giving out the information they want, like login names, passwords, email addresses, steam guard codes, personal details which hijackers can use to gain foothold on steam support. Or ignorance in maintaining security of your computer.
