Could be best to file away swarms under "immune to sneak attack" because though it's generally given that any creature can be sneak attacked in 5e, even ghosts and that's just how rogues do, I still wouldn't want rogues beyond level 5 or so to be able to pull off the sweetest trick shots and skewer 10 ravens on an arrow or thrown knife.
