But, since upgrading the main rig to 5800x3d I just use the 5600 in the other desktop, CO-30 on the X3D and -20 on the 5600. Before this I occasionally swapped over to a 4.7ghz all-core OC in ryzen when playing the most demanding games.

2022年12月8日 · New problem, I'm not sure if the CPU I initially chose, the Ryzen 5 5600, is good enough. Will it bottleneck the RX 6800 XT? I considered either upgrading the cpu to a Ryzen 7 5700X (~$200 instead of ~$140) or downgrading the gpu to a RX 6700 XT (~$380 instead of ~$520). Any other suggestions would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

What is your current RAM kit and it's size, speed and latency? honestly I'm only looking for a proper graphic card which I'm going to use it for a while. The RX 7800 XT is an excellent choice to pair with your 5600.

2023年11月17日 · the 5600 is a decent cpu. i would be more worried about a 8gb version of the 4060. that model is has terrible pricing when it launched. i don't think it has gotten better by now and the 8gb ram at that price will hurt later on. the 6700xt is the faster card.
