The devices take the 1000s of finances people invest into imaging rigs, and compact it into one of the most easiest devices anyone could ever use to image/observe the skies in near real time at an affordable price point and very compact form factor (more so than a normal telescope, maybe even a set of large aperture binoculars).

2013年5月25日 · - The time displayed by default when you start Stellarium is the current time on your computer. - Changing the time zone setting does not offset the displayed time relative to your computer time, it just uses your computer time (by default) - You must change the time zone and change the location to match for things to make sense.

2019年10月25日 · The program will download images and feed the camera simulator with these. Set the image size in "Sky Simulator" the same as in the program. 2020年6月24日 · Exposure time on the full disc was 2.649ms and 10.185ms for the limb image. They were taken at 16:17 UT (full disc) and 16:34 UT (limb). The frames were stacked using the free software AutoStakkert2 and initial curve adjustments and sharpening applied in more free software, this time imPGG.

At the time I anticipated maybe a June release but it was quietly added to the ZWO line of models these past weeks.

2024年12月7日 · No star images are ever seen on the screen, just a message that higher ISO is being used, and longer exposures up to 8 seconds have no stars being found. That includes Orion and Canis Major. But I know the camera on each phone works since neighbor Xmas yard lights 500 feet away are seen in live views (no time exposures).

2024年11月15日 · Before making the plunge, I would love to hear the community's thoughts (and hopefully experiences) of using HyperStar with a DUO and a CST. I've heard and seen mixed results, reviews and opinions about this combination. I have C8 which further complicates the issue with a limited imaging circle.
