Can someone please explain the Prussia/Germany relationship?
2014年8月25日 · When Germany was unified these smaller states weren't all run by elected governors, but instead by their hereditary monarchies from before unification. For example, there were 4 kings in Germany during the Empire, in Prussia, Bavaria, Württemberg and Saxony, and many other princes, dukes etc. However, they all held varying degrees of power.

Just switched to Germany in 1710ish with about 130% discipline, so far ahead in tech that i am 1 lvl above everyone else and have my dynasty in Russia, aragon and France, and i have the same force limit as Austria but with better troops.
