2021年10月17日 · I have a problem with my Onkyo TX-NR696 receiver. From today, the receiver stay in "Headphone" mode. I don't have a Jack headphone pluged in the receiver. I reset te Receiver with Factory Settings and I make the last Bios upgrade. (the problem has started before the reset and before the upgrade. The problem didn't come from thoses actions).

2012年11月28日 · PS: On zone 2 powered output, and HDMI input, Onkyo tech support said only inputs 1,2 and 3 will provide powered output to zone 2. So some web reports of this not working may have had HDMI 4-6 as the input.

2024年2月6日 · Sorry I have an answer for you this is my problem with the same machine I own a Onkyo TX-NR696 receiver and for some reason take up to a minute to change devices if watching cable box want to switch to DVD if the machine still on take up to a minute if not I need to shut down the Receiver and re start it so the change of the device happen.

2020年12月4日 · Onkyo -> Vizio via 6' Vizio HDMI - no issue With this setup, I get 4K Dolby Visio 60hz just fine. No problems at all! As soon as I make the following change: Onkyo -> Vizio via 6' Blue Jeans HDMI - no signal. I cannot make heads or tails of the issue. The 6' BJ cable works between the Apple TV and Onkyo just fine. So it's not the cable.

2020年7月19日 · Does anyone have any information on the status of the Onkyo TX-NR696? It is out of stock every place I have checked. Most say it is back ordered, but Crutchfield says it is discontinued. It would be great if an HDMI 2.1 receiver is coming out soon to take its place, but all my searching has failed to provide a single tidbit of information.

2023年2月4日 · My TX-NR696 receiver clicked loudly and shut down (went into protection mode). It was during very quiet normal operation - watching a movie at a low volume. I smelled a hot plastic smell. I let it sit for a while, disconnected everything from it, I restarted it and it went into "AMP Diag" mode and then displayed "NG:LCRSLSRBLBR" Message.

2022年6月30日 · From what I read is that small a conglomerate that controls some other brands will be running the show for Onkyo. So some of the support should still be there. Premium audio Co. The price looks really good and with "Prime Day" coming to Amazon, it might go down even further. I would say go for it, be sure an get an extended warranty.
