Laser wise when you do run into the state trooper or local municipality who can afford laser that jammer is your only warning. Now jammers you can operate two ways, The smart way or the dumb way. The smart way is that most of them have a "Jam for X amount of seconds then change into parking sensors".

2022年6月10日 · Realistically, laser speed guns are expensive so if they're going to be adopted everywhere it'll be slow. Remember, not even all departments are using Ka-band radar yet. There's a cat-and-mouse game going on with laser speed guns and jammers right now, probably always will be, but it's hard to say if their adoption will pick up.

Radar jammers are illegal in a lot of states. That being said, in the states where they are illegal, you gotta look up the statue, cause if most of the time you just get a ticket that carries no points. Thats a way better alternative compared to an actual speeding ticket.

But anyways, i'd get a radar detector before laser jammers mainly because some good radar detectors like the V1 and 9500ix will pick up radar very well and give you laser alerts to see if you really do need laser jammers. I've been considering laser jammers, but so far, i've been lasered once this year, which isn't enough to justify laser jammers.

2024年1月26日 · All of these comments and no one has mentioned that Uniden recently released the r9 with Laser Jammers and a group out of Tennessee have posted great results with it using a variety of cars. This is relevant to you because Unidian is supposed to be selling the laser jammer components separately to be used with the R8.

2021年6月10日 · Laser Interceptor stopped development in 2014. Firmware updates to support newer guns haven’t been released in 7+ years. They’ll work against most older guns just fine, but they will be instant punchthru for Stalker RLR, DragonEye Speed Laser with ECCM, and DragonEye Compact with ECCM produced after 2014.
