Every Labor Day, The West Indian American Day Carnival Association throws one of NYC’s biggest celebrations on Eastern Parkway. The New York West Indian Day Parade and Carnival occurs on Labor Day, the first Monday in September, AKA the end of summer. This year, the Brooklyn Caribbean Carnival Parade will occur on Monday, September 2, 2024, beginning at 11 AM and officially ending at 6 PM.
