Also, if you have any other RGB software on your PC for either your other peripherals or hardware, try turning it off completely and then restart NGENUITY to see if it's detecting your microphone then.

2020年10月16日 · The original QuadCast microphone does not have any software support at all, and the new QuadCast S with RGB has NGENUITY support. In NGENUITY, you can customize per-zone RGB lighting and control microphone input volume, sidetone volume, and playback volume (if a headset is connected to it via 3.5mm on the back).
