The HSGI padded inner sleeve that velcros to an outer belt is great if you need to throw a belt on in your skivvies for a bump in the night, but get a proper Velcro inner belt run through your belt loops if you’re wearing pants.

Mil generally uses loop for the inner belt that threads through your belt loops. LE typically uses hook inner belt. If you want a exceptional two layer war belt check out Arbor Arms Raptor.

2016年6月25日 · You should have a hard-sided backup, even if it's one of the small size nalgene bottles. If you're worried about water after ditching a plate carrier or LBE, then a rolled up soft-sided Nalgene bladder and a filter straw might work as a backup if you're not in the friggin' desert.
