2015年8月8日 · It did find 2 corrupted files and did fix them, but the grey tile issue is not fixed. Changing theme does actually change the grey to another colour (thanks I didn't actually know that), but the issue is that the colours are mostly the same.

2015年12月9日 · Starting on November 22nd, when I take pictures, they initially show up as a picture in my camera roll, but are converted within the hour to a grey tile. When you click on the grey tile, it cannot find the photo. The photos are properly uploaded into skydrive. Help! This is making my camera application pretty much unusable.

2018年4月24日 · In the Windows 10 Photos app: some of my photo tiles are grey with the cloud icon. I can click on a tile, that is a grey box with the cloud icon - if it's a video and it will play. If it is a photo, tells me not available and to check my internet connection.

2016年7月22日 · The scans couldn't detect anything regarding the start menu, but the windows store offered new updates for apps and after updating them, those certain apps started to become normal and did not leave grey tiles/underlines anymore. All the other apps that leave grey tiles/underlines don't require updates though.
