Jul 30, 2011. #1. I have aquired a unique Gotham wrist watch. It is 17 jeweled, 14K, copper color case. The only markings are a C with a circle around it and 14k on the outside case, inside Gotham watch company, 17 jeweled and near the stem the numbers 95312. 2012年11月3日 · The Gotham Watch Co. trademark wasn't registered in that form until October 1956 - they had registered many other Gotham marks in the 1940s and earlier under the Ollendorf name, so it's safe to assume you watch is likely from the 1956-1970 period.

While it is a very clean watch overall, the movement is fairly common and is somewhere near the middle of the road for Waltham's wares. The watch reminds me of a style, dial-wise and case-wise, that would have been an export to Britain.

I can't find out much about the Delmar brand, but there was a company called Ollendorf who also owned the Gotham Watch Co which imported Swiss watches into New York, and registered the Delmar brand in 1912.
