Yeah minimum specs on steam mention i7-4790k/ryzen 5 1500x and gtx 1050 Ti/rx 470 Despite the 1050 Ti having more vram than the 1060 3gb, the 1060 3gb is faster than the 1050 Ti I'm sure you'll be fine, if your card runs cool enough you can probably overclock it(at your own risk) to reach that 60fps sweetspot.

2019年2月27日 · Of course you can upgrade, but a 3GB 1060 is still a respectable 1080p card. If you were to step up, I'd look to a minimum 1660TI if I were you. A 6GB 1060 is an upgrade, but not too much. A 1070 or 1660TI would be a worthwhile step up, and the minimum I'd consider What PSU do you have?

2021年1月19日 · If yes then it's a fine card for you. A 1060 mobile I would consider junk since I upgrade every 3-4 years and would never be stuck with something like that. I'm not you and our opinions of good are going to vary. Keep in mind that 1060 in a laptop is not a normal 1060 desktop, it just shares a name, not the same performance.

2017年10月18日 · VGA is purely analog, while DVI, HDMI, and DisplayPort carry digital signals. Note that the GTX 1000 series dropped the use of analog (VGA) output ports (unlike your older GPU). Using adapters is a hit-or-miss (dependent on the quality of the adapter you bought, and if it works well with your setup/cables).

2019年6月19日 · I've got a Gigabyte GTX 1060 6gb card with an 8-pin power connector. I plugged in a 6pin + 2pin to fulfill the power requirement. It runs games like Apex Legends fine under load @ ~83° C (hot) with an external fan blowing into the case. The fans aren't spinning under load nor do they spin once temp > 60° C. My troubleshooting:

2024年1月12日 · Yea the 1060 6gb is still going fairly strong. It'll get some decent performance at 1080p. The 3gb model is a lot less interesting as there are a few games out there that require 4gb to even launch. Here's an example build for 400 without the gpu. If you want to save money downgrade the cpu to a 5500 or the memory to 16gb.
