Eleventh, hands down. Anger is not the issue. Contrast is. Nine and Twelve were already quite grumpy, and Ten was kinda serious, so their anger is scary, but not jarring. Eleven is mostly a goofy clown, so him being properly angry was like a gut punch every single time. I absolutely adore how scary Matt Smith can be in this show.
