2020年12月22日 · This site is primarily focused on North America, and at least in the US, we did not get the diesel variant of the Accord (and if my memory serves, we never had a Honda diesel passenger car here - which is a shame- 258 lb/ft of torque from a 2.2 liter diesel sounds like all kind of fun pulling power).

2024年4月21日 · I know this thread is old but recently Had a similar issue. Found the leak to be the vvt filter gasket was worn out on the front of the engine, under the power steering pump right next to where the belt tensioner mounts to the block. The back of the engine had a similar screen/filter gasket needing replacement as well.

2024年10月4日 · The claimed benefit, I suppose, is that the metal contaminants are removed. However, the levels are vanishingly small, being measured in parts per million (ppm). The oil filter will catch any particles larger than a few microns, say 30. This is smaller than the bearing clearances and piston to wall clearances.

2018年5月19日 · Just my .02 cents here. I perfer dry filter media on a turbo vehicle for the fact that on my Cummins I ran wet and I would notice the turbo would get dirty. I switched to a Big Boy Dry Filter and the turbo was always clean and dry checking it every 10k miles .I feel a dry media is the best option on a turbo DI engine IMO.

2014年3月21日 · Some can go two years and the cabin air filter stays clean- some 6 months. Depends on where you drive. I just make it part of spring cleaning. As said, don't pay a dealer to do it! You can do it yourself in 5 minutes*. Then you will need a beer (.75 liter or jug of beer) to calm down after you realize you used to pay a dealer $80 to change it.
