Retinal Cavernous Hemangiomas. Retinal cavernous hemangiomas are rare vascular hamartomas, composed of dark intraretinal aneurysms with characteristic "cluster-of-grapes" appearance. Usually unilateral and rarely increase in size. Almost always asymptomatic, although macular involvement or vitreous hemorrhage has been reported.
