2023年1月30日 · First Cook: First cook was a fairly traditional breakfast. Eggs, bacon, hash browns, and toast. I undercooked the hash browns a bit. Bacon was my own home cured belly bacon. Maple/Cherry smoke. For the hash browns, I used noboundaries par boil method. It worked well but I slightly undercooked the spuds in the boil and on the grill.

You can remove the griddles and have access to a three burner stove for doing canning, a pot of sweet corn or a low country boil. Plus I bought the other accessories like the pizza oven and the box grill. Lot of versatility and bang for your buck. So much more than just a griddle.

Here goes..... First off butchered a whole beef tenderloin today for future steaks. Vac sealed most but held some out for tonight's meal.

2021年11月8日 · Cube steak pounded flat. Dredge in flour, dip in egg mix, back to flour and then on the griddle with enough oil to keep it frying. Please note that if your griddle isnt level, all the oil runs off. Took a bit to contain the oil where I needed it. Fry for 4 minutes each side. I bought pioneer gluten free gravy mix.

Sep 15, 2022. #14. In the full light of day, I removed the steel griddle plate of my $180 3-burner Expert Grill. The underside is indeed not rusted, but it is coated, and that coating seems to be continuous with what's on the top surface. To call it "seasoning" in the traditional cast iron sense would be misleading.
