This is the ONLY app that comes up, but it is NOT official! "Bing Desktop" brings up nothing with the word "Bing" as an app even. What the hell Microsoft?

Opening System Information, I can see a message that says something to effect of: "Bing Desktop stopped communicating and was closed, check Action Center for more possible solution".
