What CPU cooler is very quiet and has good perfomance?
relevant specs: 5800X3D be quiet! Pure Base 500DX, so the max length is 240mm. My Budget is $300. Thank you. Edit: I will probably keep the cooler for more than 5 years, so I guess I want to a future proof one, so I can buy a beefier CPU (Very high chance that I will buy the top of the line CPU from AMD next gen).

2019年11月29日 · It's a Lian Li PC-A71FB,, with tons of large fans going at very low RPM (300-400) and a Thermalright Venomous X with a Noctua fan that I constantly keep at very low RPM via a fan controller. It's cooling an overclocked Core i7 2600K (@~4.1 GHz). I haven't decided on the CPU yet, but it's going to be the 3700X, the 3800X or the 3900X.
