2023年5月2日 · I was craving a baked potato but unfortunately I have no butter, cheese, or sour cream, so I was at a loss. Then I remembered a reddit post I saw recently about cottage cheese on a baked potato and I'm HOOKED. (Obviously cottage cheese is cheese, but not normal "baked potato cheese.")

LPT: cook the potato in the microwave for 5 minutes. Then coat in olive oil and salt and bake it in the oven. Take it out when it's crispy on the outside. It takes like 15 minutes instead of 60. Sometimes I will put leftover Indian curry or sloppy joe filling on a baked potato when I'm tired of rice or bread respectively.
