Getting the orders next day is especially important and Amazon have achieved this most of the time. But just the last few weeks I've noticed a new courier, Amazon Logistics.

2016年4月22日 · Don't use them regularly, but have just ordered the US Blu-Ray of "A Matter Of Life & Death" as the UK edition doesn't feature any extras whatsoever, but does come in a nice steelbook as compensation (whoopdedoo). Post #4 suggested no VAT charges, but there was with my order of 20%, but no customs charges.
