Acting Up was established in 2005. We have produced over 35 musicals since then, with casts of 80-120 young performers ages 6-18. Below are just a few highlights from those musicals.

Acting Up was founded to provide experiences in all aspects of the theatre arts to young people in our area communities. We rely on volunteerism and are committed to providing the community not only with an exceptional finished theatrical product, but a fulfilling, educational and fun process.

Auditions - Musical Revue 2025
Auditions for Acting Up's Annual Musical Revue will be Nov. 7 & 10. Calling all young, starving artists! Today's Specials is a culinary cabaret featuring your favorite foodie songs like Be Our Guest, What Baking Can Do, Food, Glorious Food, and more! Scott Meyer - actingup.com
Scott has been the sound engineer for several of Acting Up's produtions, and continues to try and get it right. Borrowing from his experience in radio and television production, Scott remains optimistic that the perfect sound is out there.
