2024年8月30日 · ATPDraw is only a pre-processor to the ATP package which requires a licence. A separate post-processing tool is also required. ATPDraw can be set up to execute ATP and a plotting program directly via ATP|ATP Connection (F10).

Models in ATPDraw
In this page the usage of MODELS in ATPDraw will be briefly explained. ATPDraw supports only a simplified usage of MODELS. The user writes a Model-file or a Model text directly in ATPDraw which takes care of the INPUT/OUTPUT section of MODELS along with the USE of each model.

Updates in ATPDraw 4.0 are: A new component SATTRAFO (saturable 3-phase transformer) replaces the old GENTRAFO. This component supports all phase shifts for D and Y-couplings as well as Auto transformers and zigzag-couplings with phase shifts <-60,0> and <0,60> degrees.

Using this feature requires knowledge about the syntax and general structure of MODELS language. There are two options for creating a model object in ATPDraw: • Create a script internally (or load a .mod file created externally) and rely on ATPDraw for automatic identification and layout/icon. The icon and node positions can later be fine tuned.

In this part of ATPDraw, you specify the geometrical and material data for an overhead line or a cable and the corresponding electrical data are calculated automatically by the LINE CONSTANTS, CABLE CONSTANTS or CABLE PARAMETERS supporting routine of ATP-EMTP.
MODELS - ATPDraw
ATPDraw supports only a simplified usage of MODELS as shown in Models in ATPDraw. In general ATPDraw takes care of the interface between MODELS and the electrical circuit (INPUT and OUTPUT of the MODELS section) and the execution of each Model (USE).
