Tau Octantis, Zeta Octantis, and Kappa Octantis should always have almost all the known stars inside the (single) interior of the triangle they make according to that map, but on a sphere they divide the sphere into two triangular surfaces, and the smaller triangle has almost the entire sky outside of it.
