2009年9月30日 · It seemed the neck was pretty much shaped the same as my Strat but the extra width was awesome! I was wondering if anyone knew of which guitars (major brands) had wider necks than standard Strats. I know I can get a new neck from the Fender custom shop, and while that's a possibility, I'm wondering if there's another guitar in my future.

2012年1月2日 · Its was 1 11/16 wide and felt like you were playing a 12 string neck. It did have had the Nickle Lire tail piece but I don't remember it being a vibrato. (45 years is a long time to remember back) I thought the neck might have been a 25.5" too but its likely just the wide neck and the double cutaway that made me think that.

2006年11月14日 · 'We' being a duo with another steel string acoustic guitar. My problem is i'm use to playing a classical neck so when i pick up the other guitarist guitar it feels a bit like a banjo! I'm looking for an steel string acoustic with a wide neck, doesn't have to be classical size(52mm) but needs to be wider than average.

2009年9月27日 · my mian guitar is a usa dean RC7 Rusty Cooley model and I love the neck on it, very wide and flat. So, I am looking for a 6 string with a wide, thin flat neck....can anyone give me suggestions? I know Ibanez Wizard necks maybe be the thinnest.....thanks everyone

2009年5月14日 · My two fave necks from all the 8 guitars I own are my PRS's wide/fat and my Gibson SG Standards neck...they are NOT thick necks - at least not like the old baseball bat necks on some custom shop reissue LP's etc...they are not necks that many would be finding cumbersome or too much of a handfull - they are just nice in the hand - rounded...that is unless you really have girl sized hands.

2008年1月24日 · Well I finally brought a ruler with me to GC and found 2 guitars with 1-3/4 nut widths. There was a G&L Intruder and a Gretch Tennesee Nash. They felt great so I am going to be ordering that neck today! I had no problems getting my hand around it. I also played a R& gold top wit the huge neck and fell in love! Too bad I didn't have $2800 lying ...

It is currently only available on the Custom and Standard 24. The Wide Thin neck has a thinner profile front to back than the Wide Fat. This neck is available on many of our 22 and 24 fret models.

2013年9月28日 · A few years ago I purchased a Larrivee PV-09 from Notable Guitars. I should have gone back to Dave at Guitar Adoptions but anyway after I received the guitar the sound was great and I was initially very pleased with the purchase. However, I soon noticed the frets came too close to the edges of the neck for my comfort.
