Also, even though there is a little higher lovibond to the white wheat, it appears lighter in color than the "standard" wheat malt which is made with red wheat.

Malted wheat provides a different flavor and body profile than flaked wheat. To the OP - use any malted wheat as a substitute. If you can find one called "Belgian wheat," it is likely malted white wheat.

Pale Wheat is made from a naturally darker red wheat, and the Rahr White Wheat is made, obviously, from a variety of white wheat. Lovibond measures the amount of roastedness. The White Wheat is kilned slightly more than the Pale Wheat.
