I spent my childhood running through those woods, and I can personally vouch that the buildings in Colony 3 have been gone for at least 40 years. If you look between the topo map and the satellite image you can see the differences.

2011年6月21日 · That's an old page - 2005 - and USGS has changed considerably since then (example: it's been replaced by USTopo with very high-tech maps). So it may depend on how old your map is. USTopo can be found here. I couldn't find any reference to the "-T" on their sites either. I did find symbols for "monuments", their term for the marker tablets.
