Make fresh solution every 3 days as per Tylan, (though I give mine a gallon at a time, check it often, and fresh every day) and make sure this is the only source of water they have.

Mar 28, 2009 · Tylosin dosage orally is around 6-7 mg per pound given 3 times a day. If you can figure that dosage, it would be fine to give orally. Tylosin has 100 grams of drug per bag, or 1 gram/1/4 tsp has roughly 1000 mg if that helps you to calculate the dosage.
