2022年1月8日 · No Tracfone CSR or Tech Support person is allowed to give out an account number. Ever. The absolute best way to get a number ported that you are missing either the IMEI or the SIM number is to call the Porting tech support line at 1-800-327-2077 and have them update your IMEI and SIM card on your account to the phone you are trying to port out.

2022年5月19日 · If you want to port out a number from Tracfone, you need to have your Tracfone account number and PIN. Text NTP to 611611 would get you a four digits PIN, this number changes if you text again, so I am not sure if this number even matter. Text FOUR to 611611 would get you the last four digits of your 15 digits long account number.

I've tried various browsers, cleared cookies, private windows, disabled blockers, etc. Every time, the page blinks after pressing "Login" and just sits there -- the same thing happens when trying to submit for "forgot password". I'm logged into the app and can see my dashboard, just fine.

The nonactive phone is what I've been using until recently, when I bought a second one. ..but I'd like to use the first one when traveling.
