2018年7月24日 · I was diagnosed with moderate arthritis of the subtallular ankle joint. Dr. says no research has been done indicating help for arthritis in this joint. He said that this joint is very complicated. The only recourse is to adjust my orthotics. He does not believe that any injections will help including cortizone, PRP, or stem cell.

2018年7月24日 · November I was diagnosed with severe arthritis of the subtalar joint. Medication and braces were used. End of January we found out the subtalar joint had collapsed. My surgeon briefly talked about a subtalar fusion in November. In January he feels that’s my only option. I’m bone on bone and have lost all side to side motion already.

2018年7月24日 · Hi, subtalar fusion and ankle fusion are very different. The subtalar joint provides the heel with left to right movement, and if fused doesn't affect function of the ankle joint. I've had my subtalar joints fused on both feet this year and am happy to share my experiences if they are of use to anyone.

2024年10月14日 · I had the same issues I had to stop as well. Put me into osteoporosis. I still have lots of joint pain and still have some brain fog. I was only on the pill for five months and I’ve been off three now. I’m gradually getting my strength back And feel much better now. Taking my chances for now, they wanted to put me on another pill.

2024年1月17日 · Evenity is a 12 month course of injections, 2 each month. I experienced the muscle/joint aches pretty severely by month 8 or so. I stopped at month 11 and am on Actonel and doing well. I have posted previously about adverse reactions on this site. Hope this helps!
