Wardell Stephen Curry II (/ ˈ s t ɛ f ən / STEF-ən; [1] born March 14, 1988) is an American professional basketball player and point guard for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association (NBA).

He is the son of former NBA player Dell Curry who played the shooting guard and small forward positions. He is a two-time MVP and four-time champion. He has also broken the record of most three-pointers made in a season, with 402, during the 2016 NBA season. The 4-time champion has even led the Warriors to a 73-9 season.
