Make sure your Spectrum Receiver (cable box) is turned on. Change channels by pressing the buttons on your receiver (if available). Remove any objects (i.e. furniture) around your receiver. Position your receiver on a slightly different angle so it can detect your remote. Refer to your remote manual.

2022年4月23日 · Generally speaking we don't have a sleep timer on the cable boxes. They do have the power off option that turns off the box after 4 hours if you have it enabled. The other option would be to set the sleep timer on your TV itself to turn the TV off after a set time.
